Evyatar Nitzany is the former Electrophysiology Program Manager at El Camino Health in Mountain View, California. With more than a decade of experience in the cardiac care field, he brought a thoughtful and results-oriented approach to operational leadership. His work was instrumental in developing high-functioning service lines, managing major infrastructure projects, and helping the electrophysiology program reach accreditation and national recognition.

Evyatar applied a combination of clinical understanding and technical skill to support the program’s growth. His ability to coordinate teams, streamline workflows, and guide strategic decisions allowed the department to become one of the most advanced and rapidly growing programs in the region. His contributions focused on measurable outcomes and sustainable improvements across clinical operations.

Nitzany was raised with strong values of discipline and purpose, which he carried into his academic and professional path. He began his studies in the United States, where he chose biotechnology as his primary area of interest. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Florida and completed a minor in Chemistry. He continued his education with a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of California, Irvine. To further specialize in cardiac care, he completed the Cardiac Specialist Program at the Arrhythmia Technologies Institute in Greenville, South Carolina, where he received advanced training in electrophysiology.

Evyatar started his career as a Clinical Account Specialist with Biosense Webster. In that role, he provided clinical and technical support for the CARTO 3 mapping system and worked closely with physicians and hospital teams across the Bay Area. His responsibilities included physician education, hospital engagement, and account development. In 2016, he joined El Camino Health as an Electrophysiology Coordinator. There, he managed clinical case support, equipment planning, budgeting, and training for the electrophysiology team.

By 2019, his role expanded to include Interventional Radiology. He led initiatives in supply chain management, equipment acquisition, and workflow standardization. In 2022, he was promoted to Program Manager. Under his leadership, the electrophysiology program experienced a 400% increase in business volume. Nitzany directed the construction of advanced EP labs and played a central role in achieving Cath/EP accreditation from the American College of Cardiology. His work was featured in EP Lab Digest for its contributions to the program’s growth.

He holds RCES certification and supports a range of community-focused causes, including contributions to Jewish organizations, education, youth sports, and cultural projects.
